Capacity to take on long or short term/cover supervisory responsibilities.

Competent to deliver a wide range of courses to a range of staff groups in different business areas, boards, managers, employees, foster carers or adopters, children and young people.

The Director has undertaken whole service reviews, written Statements of Purpose, Business Cases, board reports, and self-assessment forms for Cabinet, board of trustees and inspections across a range of services.
